Introduction
============

This software is intended for the acquisition of image stacks (movies) for single molecule imaging
experiments utilizing total internal reflection fluorescence (TIRF) microscopes and wide-field sCMOS
cameras. It is designed to be used with the SPARTAN data analysis software.
